Ticket prices vary depending on the day and time you wish to visit the exhibition. Free entry for children under 3 years of age. Check our ticketing site for details.

DURATION

Most of our guests take about an hour or longer to go through the exhibition. There is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area, and we encourage each guest to go at their own pace to fully enjoy the experience.

Bring more than 15 and get £2.50 discount per person!
You can purchase tickets for up to 15 people directly on our ticketing site. If you want to visit the exhibition with a group of more than 15+ people, please go to our group page for more information.

› Is there parking onsite?

Trafford Centre has 18 car parks and 11,500 parking spaces including disabled, parent and child spaces and EV charging. The nearest parking to the experience is Peel 6A and Peel 6B. Get the car park map here.

› Is there disabled parking bays and if so where are they located?

There are plenty of designated parking spaces in all the Centre car parks, including the nearest car parks to the experience, Peel 6A and Peel 6B.

› Is your disabled parking free of charge?

Disabled parking is free of charge to blue badge holders, please display this clearly in your car windscreen.

› Are there any cycle racks?

We are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Secure cycle parking is located adjacent to the Bus Station.

› Are food and beverages available inside the exhibition?

No food or beverages are permitted once you’ve entered the exhibition except for closed water bottles.

› Are toilets available inside the exhibition?

Toilets are available for guests both on our trailer outside the exhibit and inside the mall for your convenience. We advise you to use the restroom before entering the exhibition.

› Prohibited and Permissible Personal Items

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibition, all bags entering or leaving the space, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Permissible Items:

  • Walkers, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids
  • Small personal point and shoot cameras, including smartphones

Prohibited Items:

  • Paints and aerosols
  • Permanent Markers
  • Weapons of any type
  • Food and beverages of any type (including alcohol)
  • Bikes, helmets, skateboards, Heelys, rollerblades, and non-mobility aid scooters are not permitted
  • Camping chairs
  • Professional photo or video equipment
  • Tripods

› Are there loud sounds and lighting effects?

Sensory Warning: This exhibit contains Strobe lighting effects, Sudden loud noises, and Theatrical fog/haze.

› How long does it take to see the entire exhibition?

Most of our guests take about an hour or longer to go through the exhibition. There is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area, and we encourage each guest to go at their own pace to fully enjoy the experience.

› What time should I arrive?

Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays.

Please plan to arrive so that we can begin scanning your tickets for admission 5-10 minutes prior to your admission time. Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance.

› What are the opening hours of the experience?

› Can I take photos/video inside the experience?

Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organiser. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the exhibit space.

› Is merchandise available?

At Jurassic World: The Exhibition there is a retail store where guests can shop for a wide variety of products.

› What is an Explorer Guide?

Introduce your kids to an exciting adventure with the Explorer Guide at Jurassic World: The Exhibition. This interactive guide offers fun and educational missions that bring each exhibit to life.

  • Interactive Missions: Kids can complete missions in each room, making their visit more engaging.
  • Educational Fun: Learn about dinosaurs and more through interactive content.
  • Collectible Souvenir: Take the Explorer Guide home as a memorable keepsake.

The Explorer Guide can be added to your ticket order online for £8.00 or you can purchase a Family Ticket with 2 Explorer Guides (2 Adults + 2 Children).

› Is my child the right age to attend?

The exhibition is open to kids of all ages. Children up to 16 years old must indeed be accompanied by an adult.

Some information you might find helpful:

  • We have film-quality baby puppet dinos to see in action and there is also a fossil digging station in one of the rooms.
  • All larger dinos stay behind fenced-in areas.
  • Kids come out of the exhibition with all kinds of reactions. Usually laughing, amazed, or running out playfully. Let’s face it – who doesn’t love dinosaurs?
  • Some will cry or scream. We’ve also had babies sleep through it. It depends on the child.
  • You can always let an Exhibition Attendant know that you need to leave a room and be placed in the next one if the need arises.

› What forms of payment do you accept?

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is a cashless environment. The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for ticket purchases.

› Are restrooms available inside the exhibition?

There are no toilets inside the exhibition

› Is the Exhibition Wheelchair Accessible?

Jurassic World: The Exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible.

› Do you offer SEN-friendly relaxed time?

Yes! Currently, the next SEN performances are scheduled for:

  • Sunday, 18th August at 5 PM
  • Thursday, 12th September at 10 AM
  • Sunday, 6th October at 4 PM
  • Sunday, 3rd November at 4 PM

› Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately, we will only be able to grant access to registered or validated Service dogs.

› Where can I get tickets?

Only at our official ticketing partner ticketmaster.co.uk.

The official and only approved ticketing partners of this show are those listed on this website ONLY. If any tickets are bought or sold through any other platform/resale company, such as Viagogo then the promoter reserves the right to cancel the tickets. The ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. If you have tickets and are unable to attend the event, then please get in touch with the ticket agent you purchased before trying to resell any tickets through any resale platform.

› Is it possible to buy tickets on site?

Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site at box office kiosks; however, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets beforehand via Ticketmaster due to the possibility of a waitlist.

Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and a £2.00 increase, so it is recommended to purchase online in advance.

› Do you offer a Family Ticket?

We offer a Family Ticket with 10% saving for two adults and two children. Or you can purchase a Family Ticket with 2 Explorer Guides (2 Adults + 2 Children).

› What are Flexi tickets?

Flexible Entry tickets allow full access to the experience at any time on your selected date. Standard Access tickets grant you into Jurassic World: The Exhibition at your allocated time slot and allow you to explore the exhibition at your leisure.

› Does my child need a ticket to enter?

If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they will need a ticket to enter the exhibition. Children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult.

› Do you offer special prices for children?

Ticket prices vary depending on the day and time you wish to visit the exhibition: Mondays from £19, Weekdays from £25, Weekends from £37.Children (3-15 yrs) get £6 discount.

› Do you offer Complimentary Carer Tickets?

We’re proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversity, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable by offering a free companion ticket for customers with accessible needs. Please follow the below procedure If you require a Companion ticket.

  1. Purchase Regular Tickets: Purchase the necessary tickets for yourself / your group (all non-carers) through Ticketmaster.
  2. Submit Request Form: Complete the request form within 72 hours of your ticket purchase. Ensure you upload:
    1. Proof of your ticket purchase (ticket confirmation email).
    2. Documentation confirming your accessibility needs from the provided list.
  3. Receive Carer Ticket: Upon verification of your request, your carer ticket(s) will be emailed to the address provided.

Onsite Requests:  If you are unable to submit your request digitally, you may do so onsite. Please be advised that this is subject to staff availability and may result in delays.

Please note, you do NOT need to purchase tickets for the carer, these are provided upon submitting and approval of your request.

› Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact your ticket provider directly for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

› Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, the tickets are not specific to a person.

› What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

› Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly at the venue.

› Do you offer group discounts?
